FRIED PRAWN IN COCONUT CREAM
Ingredients
- 600g Medium size prawn (de-shelled and deveined with tail intact)
- 1 Cup TAN SRI ONG P90 Blend of Palm Olein & Olive Oil
- 1 Onion (chunked)
- 2 Red chilies (sliced)
- 50ml Water
- 100ml Coconut cream
MARINADE
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
Seasoning
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Light soy sauce
Method
- Combine prawns with marinade and mix well.
- Heat up oil for deep-frying, then deep dry the prawns until cooked. Dish and drain.
- Heat oil, sauté onion and red chilies until aromatic. Add in fried prawns, seasoning and the remaining ingredients and stir-fry over low heat until well mixed. Dish up and serve.
